The worst possible choice for a family law attorney. He represented me for over a year. Despite asking me to provide documents to prepare for my case multiple times over, he didnt bother to even begin trial preparation until the afternoon before. It was topped off when my attorney of over a year forgot my name in his opening statement! He was argumentative with the judge which did not help my case at all. He believes he is the smartest person in the room but unfortunately nobody else agrees. Please dont let him waste your time and money. He talks a big game with zero follow through.

Neil Durance is by far the best attorney I have ever had , in my unfortunate family law issues. Neil Durance is down to earth, a great guy, up front and honest, and he knows his law. I found Neil Durance to care about his clients unlike most attorneys, I highly recommend Neil Durance.
