We had water damage from a leaky pipe in the garage, which damaged an entire wall, a closet and the flooring. David and his crew replaced the wall, put up new drywall, painted and put in all new flooring and baseboards. It looks beautiful! Restoration 1 went above and beyond, were always professional, responsive and did a fantastic on our home. I highly recommend them for water restoration work and would use them again! During a flooring installation, we uncovered water damage behind drywall. Restoration 1 came out, assessed issue and uncovered a slow leak in roof that had been leaking for a VERY long time. They remediate the mold, repaired roof, repaired wall, insulation, hung new drywall, retextured wall and ceiling, and repainted. Competent & Commanding. I've been working in the Commercial & Residential Construction Industry in North Texas for 28+ years. Over this time I've worked with at least 15 different "emergency disaster water extraction restoration" type companies. David Rizo, owner of Restoration 1 and his team are the best, most professional group I've worked with. They mobilized quickly, brought with them everything they needed when they first arrived, knew exactly what they needed to do and went to work. The Tornado swarm that just hit Dallas this past Sunday night / Monday morning destroyed so many homes and lives. I am so grateful to David and his Company for starting the restoration process.
