When a fire broke out in my mother's home this month on the previous Sunday at 2 am, after calling The Water Mold Fire Restoration company Nikita quickly responded and assure me to send a team ASAM. Wow! We certainly got lucky selecting Water Mold Fire Restoration Of Dallas. First we read reviews and kept reading ' good pricing.' Then we called and not only got fantastic pricing the Service Tech Eric started and never stopped until all the work was perfectly done! Manager Michael & Eric communicated beautifully throughout the whole process making a Mold Clean up a good as an experience as it could be possibly be. Contacted this business yesterday at 4:53PM, almost 24 hours later have yet to receive a call back in regards to our water damage. As a person who has been in this industry for 10 years as well as an adjuster, I find it very unprofessional. We found someone else to help us who was very responsive and able to take care of us.
