Metro by T-Mobile

At some point MetroPCS has increased the convenience fee from $3 to $4 without informing their customers. Typically I'll pay my account online and was unable to do so today so I stopped by this location to make a payment in cash. The gentleman who took my payment was extremely rude and very argumentative. I sincerely wish I would have stopped at another location to make my payment. There is a MetroPCS every two blocks so pick another one if you want to see smiling faces and happy employees.

I had the worse experience ever,Lorenzo was very mean and rude,and even though it was his mistake to order me something wrong,he blamed it on me, and he just refused to help me afterwards, and didn't even gave me a receipt, I went to a different store to try and see what they can do for me

I had the worst experience at this Metro PCS Chile, the customer service was very poor, the energy in the store was very bad, I did not feel like I walked in to purchase a phone. First off when I walked in, I simply was looking for the new IPhone SE, they quoted me incorrectly for one and was being smart about it, I was offered a free case but the case not receiving anything free is the point. Always remember that no one will forget how you made them feel, so for the next customer just brace yourself before going in. And just to let you know I can afford any phone Metro PCS has to offer, and to top it off they allowed me to leave with my device barely activated . This is definitely not my first IPhone. Please do better and treat people with respect
