J.R. Hayden Construction

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! We had our roof installed by J.R. Hayden Construction 8 months ago. Since then we have had several leaks and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I have called every number on their website and the numbers are either disconnected or no one answers. When calling the Houston office listed on their website a lady answered and said she does not work for the company. How is a number that is listed on the companies website someone who does not work for the company??? I have also sent several emails and no response. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Services: Roof installation, Roof inspection, Storm/wind damage roof repair, Roof repair, Skylight repair

Not even close to a reputable organization. A true textbook example of why people do not trust roofers. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere but I’m pretty sure you no longer need to make that choice, the criminal justice system will make it for you.

Living in north Texas can be a nightmare. I've had to deal with Roofing inspectors and roofing companies for a couple of decades now and after my experience with j r Hayden I won't be going anywhere else to have that work done from now on. Denver step, was so professional! Not only did they give me a free upgrade to a better quality shingle! Not only did they have use the best quality materials, but anytime a situation arose Denver Stepp had nothing but Solutions! I gave a little chuckle when he told me the hardest decision I was going to have to make with the color of shingle I wanted, but that's exactly what he did for me! I would highly recommend this company!!!
