I personally worked with Olga McLemore and Bill Griffin and both were receptive and responsive to my numerous questions and emails at various times during the day. This was especially comforting since I am first time homebuyer and I had an excessive amount of questions. They also had a connection to a great inspector who came out and reviewed the property quickly, which allowed for rapid negotiations. Due to their constant diligence and determined effort we were able to close on my desired condo efficiently at a price below the seller's asking point. Bill is awesome! He found the perfect house for my wife and me to raise our kids and, on top of that, in a neighborhood where we thought we would never find a place. Jennifer was an amazing realtor as she found a buyer for my condo for top dollar. I had listed it before with no luck, but she facilitated it getting staged professionally which made it sell fast. She then found a great deal for me where I got a house for $100k less than what it appraised for in a seller's market! Really unbelievable on both sides!

When my husband and I moved to the Dallas area twenty years ago, Bill Griffin helped us find our home. It was a perfect house, and it fit the needs of our young family until our three children grew up and left for college. Last spring, when we were considering a move closer in to Dallas to help with my job commute, the only call we made was to Bill Griffin. After just two weekends of driving around to show us homes, and after sending us a multitude of online options, Bill helped us find another perfect house. He negotiated a contract for a house in Dallas on a half acre lot, at a perfect location, and at a great price.
