Fowler Property Management

My experience with Fowler Property Management has been nothing short of excellent. They provide property management services for a 12-unit property I recently bought in East Dallas that is undergoing an extensive capital renovation program. Being located in NYC, finding a trustworthy, competent, and of course local property manager is of my utmost concern. Adding the ongoing construction component only magnifies the potential risks I face as a remote investor. However, I could not have been happier with my experience with Fowler. As a landlord, you will be hard-pressed to find a manager with better task management and communication skills. I would be remiss to not give our own manager, Maegan Johnson, a shoutout as she has gone above and beyond for my team on multiple occasions. Blake Fowler, the owner, is also highly active in the day-to-day work, something always appreciated with a small business. And the leasing team has done a great job in staying on top of potential leads. All in all I could not recommend Fowler more to any landlord in search of a property manager, and look forward to continuing the relationship for many years to come.

I spoke with the new Property Manager, Candy, this afternoon. She was respectful, caring, kind and professional. She was able to share with me that my concerns are being addressed. Candy's customer service was top knotch, and I wanted to recognize her efforts and assistance. She showed that she really does care about the tenants and their well being. Thank you so much, Candy.

I recently used the Fowler Property Company for a new place to move. I just want to say that the lady Megan Johnson is without a doubt, one of most professional property managers Ive encountered with. I asked a lot of questions, some of which were fairly simple, yet she never hesitated to respond. She instantly responded to all of my questions with all of the details with a positive attitude. I had to call the maintenance emergency line and Maegan was absolutely amazing taking care of me. Even though it was after hours she took the time to have a real conversation with me. This property manager goes above and beyond. She didnt treat me like a tenant. Talked like we had been friends for years. 10 out of 10 highly recommend Fowler.
