Multiple cars have been illegally towed from here. As well as one of my vehicles stole by a tow truck. The ceiling was/is falling in balcony feels as if 3+ people get on it, it will fall. Railing isn't stabled. Everytime someone moves in/out roaches appear everywhere, as well as nats.

Not the worst place to raise a family. The apartment staff tend to be kind. The tenants are another story. Groups of kids are screaming and yelling all night long leaving lunchables wrappers and empty chip bags all over the place. People literally open their patio door just to throw trash outside onto the grass. I appreciate the renovations that are being done, but they need to crack done on people littering and all around bringing down the quality of living for everyone else.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can go on the Buena Vista Estates. You know it's really not the apartments itself, its a building. It can't fix itself, it the Management and maintenance. The females that work here at this site don't do nothing but sit on that office and chitchat all day. You can put in a maintenance request 2, 3, 4 times and it never gets done or the maintenance team lies about it getting done. I have lived here in this community for a couple of years with my family and now in my own apartment. The prices are not bad for this area but they could do better, but I digress. The owners never come around and check on the property, or at least where the residents can see. They used to come and have community meetings and keep us updated on what's happening within the community and get ideas from the residents but that hasn't happened in years. I really don't care if they see this or not because they cann't do anything to me, I pay everything on time, if no t early. I have about 7 months left on my lease and I'm outta here and so is my family if they wish. Before you move somewhere, please do your research and once you move there, watch your management closely. If all they do is have the landscape done and all maintenance does is sweep, they don't care about their residents and you need to try and find out who their bosses are or maybe call the news channel.
