        Just terrible. Constant flooding, roaches the size of small turtles, illegal aliens drinking beer and leaving trash all over the place, car break ins, black mold, loud neighbors, constant smell of cigarettes and weed, dangerous driveway to get in and out of, nothing ever gets fixed. The list goes on and on.
