I have been a contractor for 20 years and have worked with hundreds of property managers. I have to say having the pleasure of working with Lori K. Almasy has been the greatest experience to date. She is the first manager I have worked with that cares about her comunity and the contractors they hire. She made sure my work would not interfere with another contractor. This has never happened before. Usually us contractors have to adjust our days to accommodate each other. Lori made sure it would be smooth as glass. We need more property managers like her in the world.

Never in my life have I seen such a conflict of interest and actual dictatorship style women trying to take over our HOA. They are hired by us and then they hired an attorney who actually represents the HOA and also the management group which is called Associa/community group, theyve also blatantly lied to many people including me and they actually collect debts unfairly unlawfully. They advance on you for $7000. If youre 30 days late without any kind of an actual notice and then you have to pay that with Equity Experts and then they lie about that too. Im going to be moving out of this neighborhood very very soon and Im going to be litigating against associate group.

1. Nothing was done to resolve my problems in contacting the company 2. Everyone goes into voicemail and nobody calls back 3. I would fire your service or should I say non service

I can't say enough great things about my Community Association Manager, Tahiesha Cadiz Rivera of Associa in Fishkill, New York. I have lived in my condo for almost two years and she has been so helpful. She is extremely attentive, professional and handles all requests in a timely matter. I appreciate her help so much! Thank you!
