This came with no guarantee issue would be fixed. Replacement cost, $10,000.
I thought my husband was joking when he told me this. Our water heater costs $1,000. None of this made sense.
I called and was told they would charge $179 and refund the remaining diagnostic fee. We had to ask the plumber to leave. It felt like a scam. Service: Repair water heater
