        Charged nearly $800 bucks to install a $40 cartridge in my faucet. Took three trips to diagnose and correct the issue. When I balked at the bill the plumber lied about the visit ( I’m thinking CYA) and the Accounting Mgr backed him up, talked over me and essentially accused me of lying! They discovered a billing “error” and brought the bill down under $700, gee thanks! I said I didn’t think that was a fair price and the manager threatened to put a lien on my home unless I paid the full amount. I have never experienced such a thing before but will NEVER use this company again. INCOMPETENCE, DISHONESTY. & GREED are not how to keep customers. BUYER BEWARE! Service: Tap repair
