Mark is the best in the business! After calling a pest control company (that I was currently using for bug control) to help with a noise in my attic, they sent over a salesman who quoted me an insane amount of money after just 5 minutes. I found Mark on Yelp and called him and he came out the next day and spent so much time checking out the situation. He really took time to look in my attic and around the house and even took my husband around to show him what he was seeing. He set traps and closed off the possible entry points and helped take care of the rat situation. I am so thankful for him and his work ethic and highly recommend him as an honest and courteous vendor.

Mark is amazing and trust worthy! We had a big pest control company come for our routine monthly service and asked if they could look up in the attic as a courtesy to us. Comes down and tells us we have a rat infestation living in our attic and we are breathing in spores and its dangerous to our newborn etc. Quoted us $7,000 to 10,000 to solve the problem. We had heard nothing in the attic since we bought the house, no sounds, no smells, no missing food or droppings. Decided to get a second opinion and called Mark. He came over right away and took a look, examined the house for entries, went up in the attic and assessed the situation. Told us our house looked perfectly sealed (big company said we had hundreds of access points), that he did find signs of droppings but this could be over 2 years old and not an active problem, asked if we had heard or suspected anything and gave his honest opinion that he didnt think we had an issue at all and probably an old problem solved by previous homeowner. Said we really didnt need his services (fair and honest, unlike the big company) but we wanted to just double check/be 100% sure we did not have an active problem so he agreed to set up a few traps to see if we could find any signs. After a week, no signs of any pest or critters. No problem at all and far from an infestation as this big company lied to us about. Mark saved us thousands by being super knowledgeable at his job and giving us an honest advice and solutions. If youre looking for an honest person to consult, which is becoming harder and harder these days, look no further than Mark at Nature King Pest Management. Highly recommend to anyone even if only just for an opinion! He will give you the truth and not seek a dishonest pay out.
