We've had excellent luck with this company over the years, until a tech named Mike Ash started servicing our house. Here's what happened since he started coming:1. Our internet went out just as he was completing his first visit, because he sprayed the fiberoptic junction box. Apparently, he was never trained to not do this.2. Mike is in and out of our house less than 20 minutes after arriving, after he allegedly treats the inside and outside of our house, including 5 minutes to write up our invoice. No other tech ever sent by this company has ever been done in less than 45 minutes.3. Mike ignores special requests, like "please open up the closet in the kitchen to spray around the hot water heater." If I ask him about it after he's left the room.4. When I asked Mike what he found after today's visit, he said "nothing." Nothing, inside or out? I probed. Nothing, he repeated. I'm pretty sure he sprays as fast as he can, not looking carefully at anything, based on both our experiences with him so far.5. After I asked Mike to not spray the junction box that kills our internet today, he told me about all the other security systems and water heaters he has disabled through his careless work for other customers while working for this company.  Apparently, he has learned very little from his experiences in this regard over the years.If you use this company, I urge you to request anybody except Mike Ash to take care of your job.
