We did some contract work on their facility in Killeen Texas and they sent us a check for half the amount and then stopped payment on the check. Promised to reissue another check and fedex it the next business day, it's been 7 days and still no check. Can't get anyone on the phone and the way this company does business, I will never work with them again.

Did work on one of their facilities, they sent us a check that was returned as not good. They now say they went bankrupt and wont pay. Horrible business

I would stay away from any nursing home thats is owned by this corporation. My grandpa was at Victoria Gardens of Frisco which is owned by Abri. Awful experience. Company is only seeking profits rather than serving the elder community.

Alyssa Sirmons has been extremely helpful with navigating patients and their families through skilled nursing rehab, as well as communicating with staff to ensure continuity of care. Extremely helpful, always responds promptly and ensures a smooth transition from inpatient to rehab. Highly recommend!

This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I have gone in several times to find my father laying in nothing but a diaper with no covers even close to his bed and the air conditioner was set on 80 degrees. He is supposed to get morphine once an hour and they do not even come in to see him. I have to hunt down a nurse and get them to administer his meds. He is on hospice and in his final days. I'm afraid to leave him alone. I went in one day after not being there and his sheets were stained and disgusting. There was MOLD on the pad under him! They did not bath him until I said something. The first few days he was there, each day I went in, his on call nurse's button was coiled up on the floor behind his bed. He had no way of asking for help! The floors were sticky as well as his bedside table the place is disgusting. There are patients in wheelchairs sitting in the hallways for hours with nobody paying attention to them. The administrator only says how unfortunate and apologizes but does NOTHING to rectify anything. I feel very badly for the patients who don't have someone to advocate or visit.
