Great packing service! Boxes were neatly packed and cushioned with packing materials. From what I saw, all the movers were well trained, moving fast with some items and gentle with fragile ones. Labeling, they did it all. I got to be friends with one of the movers, he told me he's been working with them for 4 years. It was a good feeling knowing everything I own was in the hands of a quality company instead of one trying to make a quick extra buck. Whoever reads this - Dallas Pro Movers gets my full recommendation and I've never once said that about a moving company.

Spent HOURs searching and then coordinating. First they had the date wrong and called a day before wanting to move the time on the wrong day. Then day of they called half an hour after our morning arrival window to tell us they were busy and couldnt come for 5 hours. They have charges baked in for any changes or delays on my end and the best I get is to move it myself and my money back. I picked Dallas Movers Pro because they had one of the better reputations.

I liked these guys from the very beginning. On moving day they walked in with extra boxes, tape, moving mats, and laid down a runner on my hardwood floor to avoid leaving footprints. All the movers had very positive attitudes and I got to admit, it rubbed off on me. Those feelings of uncertainty working with someone new slowly turned into feelings of excitement for a new chapter of my life. This moving company was so much better than I thought they would be. I feel bad for even doubting them so the least I could do is give them a good review.

Movers stole my Kobe Bryant jersey. Roger, Nahum, and Jacob are responsible. I have since filed police reports against all parties, including A#1 Movers who they contracted. The company has offered $50 and says they cannot replace the full value of an item that is not in their possession. ITS NOT IN THEIR POSSESSION BECAUSE THEIR MOVERS STOLE IT! I want my money back.
