They broke my television and 2 bedside lamps and claim they have no liability. $400.00 worth of products. The movers did not bubble wrap my lamps and packed them in a soft sided suitcase I was moving. The TV was in the original box. I had the items stored and when I found my TV had been broken they told me I should have opened all the boxes to inspect the items. I was told they were not responsible because I filed the complaint too late. They delivered my stuff to storage on 2/17/21 and I didn't get it out of storage until the beginning of April. No quality involved in this experience. I had scheduled the pick up on 2/9/21 but they didn't show until 2/11/21. They wanted to wait until 2/12 but I couldn't. Very disappointing experience. Their service is simply outstanding!! Quality Dallas made our move painless. Showed up early on the day and handle all my stuff with great care. They were friendly as well. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience with these movers. The price was competitive and they kept the job within the quoted budget (a rarity in our experience with past movers). If we should ever move again in the Dallas area, we would probably use them again.

I recommend Quality Dallas Movers to any customers who would like to move out from his current location in style. If you want to make it a grand move, this mover has a solution. I was also told that way and I went. They gave me such a good experience and without any fault, I relocated swiftly to Los Angeles. I am going to engage them in relocations next time I am moving.
