This is not my favorite Springhill Suites. I have a family of 5 and have stayed in my fair share of this hotel chain in the US. While it is very clean and the location is pretty decent, I wouldn't recommend it to other families.
First, the rooms are small for a Springhill Suites. With the trundle bed pulled out, there's very little room in the front space.
Second, there is no central ac, only a wall unit under the window. Therefore, the front room barely gets any air and defeats the purpose of having a door between the bedroom and living room space. Anyone having to sleep on the trundle will be hot even with the door open.
Finally, the bathroom setup I've stayed at other Springhill Suites where the door to the bathroom is frosted glass and it drives me crazy bcs light can bother anyone else who's trying to sleep. But at least there's a door! This location has the sink in the middle of the room! In open space! it's a terrible design and I am baffled by the decision making but it is probably due to the small size of the room and if they tried to enclose the bathroom entirely, you wouldn't even be able to walk around the beds.
In any case, I would not stay here again if bringing my whole family, which defeats the purpose bcs if I'm by myself or with less than 4 people, I would stay somewhere else.

First time staying here. Staff was extremely professional, caring, and attentive to my needs. I requested additional towels, bath kit, and hygiene products on the app before arrival. When I got to the room everything was there! The room was spacious with a separate living room. Very clean and comfortable bed. I will be back next time I fly in.
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable
Safety: Doors lock at 9 or 10 pm. Parking lot was well lit.

Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast tastes great and rooms are clean, what more could you ask for?

Super convenient to DAL - rooms are nice and quiet and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff also friendly.
