Stayed here on a Saturday for an anniversary stay-cation and was incredibly underwhelmed. The rooms are nothing special at all, certainly not worth the price. The spa is an extra charge and open to the public, so if youre in it for the spa I would avoid getting a room. The rooftop bar was also closed. If you are looking for bang-for-your-buck there are plenty of other downtown hotels you should consider. Also be aware one night of valet is $60. The staff was nice at least, but the stay was ultimately not worth the price.

Honestly, such a disappointing experience. The hotel is extremely underwhelming and not at all what I was expecting from a luxury hotel. Rooms are dated. The bedding was two thin sheets between a duvet (not even a duvet cover, literally just sandwiched between two sheets). Its also so absurd to be charging over $400 for one night when the construction is happening. While I was aware of this - guest should be getting discounted rates during this time. Im really sad I spent so much on a room that I thought would be high end but it ended up being no better than a glorified motel 6. I selected a high floor with expectations being a great view of the city. However, my room view was a giant lot of construction. So not only is there loud construction from inside the hotel but also OUTSIDE too. The ONLY saving grace of this hotel is the location (and why theyre able to charge insane prices and people will pay it because they can get away with it, just like me unfortunately). its 30second walk to the AAC. Front desk area is somewhat of a mess and no one really greets you or acknowledges you. Again, Im just extremely disappointed with my overall experience with staying here.
