We loved our stay here. The room was modern and clean. The area has a nice community feel and the workout center was very large and had a good assortment of equipment.
Safety: Felt safe.

Centrally located and easy access to Dallas shopping, dinning and established neighborhoods. Just know there is no room service.

Beautiful new hotel. Service is terrible. Check in took 30 minutes because the person was brand new and there was no one present to help her. Keys didnt work for the first 3 tries.
Restaurant for dinner was closed. We were told that they offer small bites in the bar. Of the 7 small bites, 3 were unavailable
Breakfast is better at Starbucks. The person was so not engaged in her job and did nothing do make you feel welcome.
Not clean! Long hair was on my napkin.

Rooms: Our room was exactly as pictured. The only upgrade needed is the toilet paper as it is a scratchy one ply.
Nearby activities: Pickleball, putt putt, virtual golf, volleyball, swimming, spa, shopping all within a 5 minute walk.
Safety: Elevator can only be used with a room key, hotel staff does not let delivery drivers past the lobby.
Walkability: This hotel is in a community called the village. You can walk to 4 different restaurants and a bodega. This area is very walker friendly!
Food & drinks: Variety of food and drink options within a two minute walk!
