Bed crawling of ants and stains. There is a reason this hotel rating is a 1. Please don't stay here so they can go out of business and shut down.

My guy was deploying and he flew in from his base to see me in Houston. We planned a road trip to do a few fun things in Dallas like Six flags, medieval times, Zero Gravity etc. We searched around for hotels and went with this one that was mid range, not the cheapest at 100 bucks a night but not the most expensive either. Two different elevators did not work and the stairs next to one were locked (there weren't stairs next to the other one) so we had very long walks just to get to our room since the elevators were not working and we couldnt take the stairs since the stair well was locked- one elevator on the opposite side of the building was working. Upon check in they charged us an additional 40 dollars for the two nights we would be staying on top of our reservation. The room itself wasnt very clean and the sheets very something out of a kids coloring book. Our door along with several others had pry marks like people had tried to break in at one or several points. We weren't too impressed, and I'm not a picky woman. I found better accommodations at motel 6 the week prior on my drive from Vegas to Houston. We dropped our stuff and decided to hit the pool before our dinner show, got dressed in our suits and took the long walk down there (no elevators again) only to find the pool closed. In mid June! Not only was the pool closed, there wasnt even any water in it! They shouldve made mention that the pool was closed and obviously staying that way at check in. We wouldve left then before even seeing the room. We found a set of stairs to take which reeked of urine. It was a very strong smell, I lived in Vegas for years and the stairs on Fremont compared to nothing like the ones here. The second day one of the elevators slightly closer to us was some what working and it too reeked of piss. It literally burned your nostrils, we would hold our breath on it. Needless to say we stayed out of that hotel and room as much as possible. Thank goodness we planned a lot of fun things because this place was a huge let down. Way too overpriced for the filthy establishmentX broken elevators/locked stairs and drained pool in the middle of the busiest season for pools.
