I'm trying to refinance my house, and trying to get some kind of statement or refinance certificate from them. Two days been on hold for 2 hours, and send multiple emails. Nobody answers, they dont have a website. I should just stop making payments, maybe THEN someone will reply. This is ridiculous!

Horrible, I wish I could give negative rating. I sent the check for principal payment, and this morning I get a call from one of the rep in a RUDE and threatening way LOL blaming me why did I sent the principal payment and I still own money to them and I have to pay.. Hello I know, sending principal payment does not mean that I will not pay the remaining balance. Clarissa Garza, is Rude, not polite and horrible person to deal with. Interrupting in between call and very rude. I with I never have to deal with her ever again. She kept insisting I made mistake sending principal payment and the funny part was she never looked at the check instead she kept asking me what is this payment for?? Hello do your homework and then call. Stay away from this company if you can. Funny thing is in this internet world they still dont have online portal and for every thing you have to call them.. why???

High-interest rates and terrible customers service. No business hours or website even a local nail place has a website. SMH... This company does not print or send out monthly statement you have to call them every month if you need your statement. Sad!!
