Im sick of dealing with this company. They dont take responsibility in their actions, they keep messing up our monthly payment, because their customer service reps dont listen or notate the customer account. The professionalism over the phone is pathetic and I am currently shopping rates to ditch this company. Im sick of dealing with these people. Im literally refinancing my home just to get rid of them. I worked with Jan as a first time home buyer. He was wonderful to work with, always prompt and helpful. He explained a lot of the technical jargon in language that was easy to understand. His reports for various loan options were what really made me decide to work with his team vs other lenders. It is very difficult to summarize the stress-free & streamlined way in which Marcel & team handled my loan processing. Right from the first call where Marcel was courteous to explain the process through to the closing discussions with Tanny, the entire team rallied around me as if I was their only customer (they process something like 25-30 closings a day potentially more!). Dina deserves a special mention for the focus she placed on answering my questions though she had to attend to a personal situation that would have otherwise taken any normal persons' attention. Above all, I want to share my biggest gratitude to Jan.....he was truly my partner through the entire process - patiently clarifying the asks, brainstorming with me on the way to approach a particular situation, being available whenever needed and responding within the day for any reach-outs. In particular, since in my case the timelines were pretty aggressive, Jan even reviewed disclosures sitting at the airport so that it doesnt hold back the timelines. If I told anyone that the end-to-end closure from Offer acceptance to signing at the title company was 19 calendar days - 14 WORKING DAYS, yes FOURTEEN, it was all possible because of Jan & the dedicated team there. Big thank you Jan! Looking forward to more such exciting collaborations in the future. Those that i didnt know at the beginning of April 1 have become associates for life by April 25th!! I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation that I have for Marcel and his team!! From the first date (that seems like an eternity ago), to receiving funding notification this Monday, Marcel and his team kept me up to date and in the loop. Any and ALL questions I had were answered promptly and any problems that arose (and there were...) were tackled together. Just to show you the lengths and depth this company will take for thier customers: I was in a 26' moving truck, had driven 7.5 hrs to S.Texas and was sitting in the parking lot of the Title company to close on my new house, when we were called by the title company, telling me the closing was off, not on hold, but off....all because of a clerical error that couldn't be fixed. In less than 30 minutes, Marcel and his team found another title company that was able to work with ne and we were able to close this past Monday. Any future real estate that I need from now on, I am a customer FOR LIFE!!! Thank you so much for helping me make the dream of home ownership a reality for my family!!!
