An absolutely wonderful product and purchase experience in every way. We enjoy visiting this store and buying a variety of RIMOWA products for our travels. The staff is incredibly patient, knowledgable, courteous and friendly. We have been working with Jose for years and can’t say enough great things about him. He has a gifted ability to sell and teach customers about the brand and products they sell, with the finest attention-to-detail. A++

The team here were amazing. I broke my suitcase after having it 6 months and I live on the road so getting it sent off was going to be an issue. They gave me a loan suitcase and gave coordinated to swap it out with them when I’m back in Dallas.!! Lifesavers!!!

Needed a cabin-size roller to secure laptop and other items in an easy-accessible zippered compartment. The Essential RIMOWA bag is hard-case stylish with a mesh pocket feature for those times when one needs to have documents readily available without opening the entire bag. Love this bag!

Last weekend my husband and I were casually walking through NorthPark when we decided to pop in and see what RIMOWA has to offer. Admittedly, we've seen the bags and stores around several major airports but knew very little about the brand. My husband has always preferred TUMI for our travel gear and they've been generally good but the RIMOWA stuff seems to be a notch above. We were immediately greeted by Abraham and Ronald (both wearing masks). These are two extremely knowledge, patient and genuinely kind guys with a ton of energy and enthusiasm for the products they sell. They slowly walked us through the entire store, answering all the little questions we had about each and every item that caught our eye. Before long, we felt like experts with a strong grasp of the entire lineup. This brand and these representatives are at the very top of the industry; there is simply no comparison to anything else on the market. TUMI who? We walked out with four aluminum suitcases and two huge smiles! We might not be able to travel to Europe this summer but thanks to Abraham and Ronald, we are twice as excited for next year's trip! Go see them - 5 stars across the board.
