This organization is the most unorganized company I've ever worked with. Our home warranty company designated them to diagnose our AC issues...10 days later, they still can't tell me where they are at with whether they will repair or replace the part. They promise to call and don't. Stay away.

He came out in a very timely manner, very pleasant and personable. Although, he was unable to fix the problem today. He did everything within his power to fix the problem and then placed an order for a new compressor/unit.

Top notch customer service, outstanding quality workmanship, and reasonable pricing. We had ice forming on our a/c pipes and called our home warranty company, they sent Kozy Services. At first I was skeptical about the company because I had never heard of them. And to my surprise they Kozy Services called me the same day that I put in the service request in. They set up the appointment quickly and on the appointment date the technician David showed up on time, was very polite, had a great personality. He explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband. He stayed late to finish the job, I was very impressed with David. I would most definitely recommend David from Kozy Services to everyone. He was awesome!! Wish there were more techs like David.
