Our furnace went out and I was able to get a tech out the same day, within two hours of the call. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Took care of the problem quickly, and wore a mask the entire time. This is the second time weve used Ally Heat And Air Conditioning and we highly recommend.

Recently the wiring of our a/c unit was damaged by a landscapers weed trimmer. A call to Ally Heat And Air Conditioning was promptly followed by Tom stopping by to inspect the damage. He then proceeded to not only repair the damage, but also replaced the insulation on the other line which was showing some wear. We have been thrilled with the service weve received from Ally Heat And Air Conditioning and gladly recommend them for anyones HVAC needs.

My furnace venting was cracked in the heat exchanger, I could have had it fixed enquiring which Reliance told me it was not possible but I decided to purchase a new furnace as mine was very old. I am very happy with how the technician explained all details when installing the new furnace and answered all my questions. He is very personable and knowledgeable and a real professional. I highly recommend Ally Heat And Air Conditioning . They were cost effective and the quality of the end installation was impeccable.

The technician was professional, pleasant, and patiently took the time to explain the status of the HVAC Systems and answer any questions I asked. Ally Heat And Air Conditioning has been performing maintenance on our systems for years. Service is always excellent. When it came time to replace the original units installed when our house was built, choosing them to perform the new installs was a no-brainer. Their installation crews are efficient, courteous, and always go above and beyond the call of duty.
