BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! My reservations were cancelled by the rude and terribly incompetent manager, Ram, a day before I arrived because he mistakenly confused me with another guest with the same last name. He said because the room was cancelled, I would be charged twice if I wanted to book "another" room, even though it was his mistake. He is the owner/manager and, honestly, one of the rudest imbeciles I have ever encountered. He refused to amend his error, began to yell at me, literally insulted my family and then walked away. I was charged for a room I never cancelled and never stayed in. Please do not ruin your trip by booking at this hotel. I went to the Hilton where I was warmly welcomed and taken care of.

I wish I could be as positive as other people. I don't think I have ever given anyone 1 star. This was probably one of our worst experiences ever. Our son stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. He had his room cleaned once during his 27 days. The shuttle was intermittent at best. There was lack of follow through on all of the front desk personnel except one person. I believe her name was Jackie. She was as helpful as she could have been given the circumstances. The icing on the cake was the 2 dogs that kept barking when anyone walked down the hallway. Did I mention the internet was out for 3-4 days? That wasn't due to the weather either. I won't bother to complain about the breakfast, because it seems to be standard for hotels like this. My calls to the manager have yet to be answered. Don't stay here. It's not worth it all.

If I could give a 0 I would... because we didnt/couldnt stay. We arrived to find the hotel closed for business. We were told they were bought out 5 days prior although we received a confirmation just 2 days prior to arrival. A big sign stating to call the Staybridge hotline for a refund was all that was offered. When we called there was no answer. Worst experience. Do not book a room here or with this company ever!
