      image Booked for two nights, got all the way to the Dallas location and had to call to figure out how to get in and get our key. We called and the man that picked up the phone said he would look us up and follow up with us. We waited 30 minutes then called him back and no answer. We ended up calling over 45 times and no one answered. I have never left a review nor am I the type to complain, but this was ridiculous. Terrible service, I do not recommend them at all.
