The staff was very rude, from the administration to the nursing staff. I arrived for my surgery at the time I was told to be there, and the receptionist acted annoyed that I was there.
There nurses attempted my IV line. The first one was clueless. The second one placed it in my muscle instead of my vein.
After my surgery, the nurse pretty much sent me home asleep, because she didn’t want to deal with the paper work for me to spend the night. I got carried to my bed at home by my family, I didn’t even know it.
On top of all that, the billing department is horrible! Way ahead of the surgery, I took care of my surgeon’s fee. The day of the surgery, they told me I had to pay $750, I paid it. After the surgery, someone called from the facility, I answered the phone, hey placed me on hold and never came back. I was at work, I hung up. I never knew why they called, and I never got another call.
A few months later, I received a call from a collection agency, without ever getting a bill from Walnut Hill, for $1300 more, I guess the insurance didn’t pay for. I understand I may have been responsible for additional charges, but I should have received a bill first, before I was turned in to a collection agency.
They are extremely expensive! They charge an arm and a leg for a day procedure. I don’t recommend the facility at all! My surgeon was superb, but I wish I had the surgery at Presby. I will definitely use my doctor in the future, but not Walnut Hill Medical! Horrible facility!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff was very rude and jealous and the management was extremely horrible. Management don't take up for employees and they believe everything patients tell them w/o investigating. GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY. #KARMA

When this hospital started it was give star amazing , when the years pass on they started to get a bit worse and worse smh and now it shutdown it's closed .

Exceptional attention and expert care. Truly compassionate treatment. With expectations clearly established and adhered for to my wellness.
I had never met the folks before and they have. New comfortable state-of-the-art -faculties. There folks saved my life and it took a coordinated effort.
