        this company rather suggest you leave and go to another agency rather than find a resolution in hiring better people that actually want to take care of the elderly daily needs, even if its sweeping the floor and cleaning everyday that's what the State pay them to do. I wonder how David Causby and his family would react if he knew how elderly people are really treated by his agency. May God Bless you

        They unpaid their workers, so the workers believe they are not required to do much work for the clients. This working field is dealing with our community of older adults. Girling Community Care should not focus on the checks they will receive for the state but actually fulfill their Mission Statement and genuinely focus on our more senior community. It is a sin before God to not respect and love the people they get paid to service. " RESPECT THE ELDERS LEARN FROM THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE WALKED THE PATH BEFORE YOU RESPECT THEM, BECAUSE SOMEDAY AND SOONER THAN YOU EVER COULD IMAGE YOU ARE GOING TO BE OLD TOO."
