If I could give this agency 0 stars, I would. I have had such a terrible experience with them. I was on payroll for about 4 months or so. So many issues with the device they provided. When I had to get it replaced, I asked if I did something wrong and Patrick insinuated that it was probably my child (who is 8 by the way, not 2) and that I should keep it away from her. Fast forward to the end of employment with them, patient moved into assisted living and and for my last check, they gave me a partial payment. I reached out to Patrick to find out what happened and he said they they didn't have a clock in or out for the 16th to the 25th. So mysteriously when it's time to give me my last check, they "can't verify" that I worked. I've never heard of any job ever not calling to let an employee know that they weren't receiving clock in's. Did they just think that I wasnt caring for the patient or??? The patient has cancer, is going through chemo, and has had two massive strokes and nobody reached out to find out why she wasn't being cared for? I don't buy it. They got my clocks. They're just being shady and cheap. How convenient that they don't have to give me my last check. I wouldn't work for them or allow them to employ someone to care for my family member ever again.
