Supercuts

Ive been here 3 times. 1st time, walked in they said I needed and appointment. 2nd time, made an appointment and everything went well, but theyre over priced for mens haircuts. 3rd time, set appointment, get there a few mins early and two guys walked in before I did and they got seated as me with the appointment had to wait. One lady spent 40 mins giving a man who was bald a trim. I dont even know how that happened since he had no hair to begin with. As I decided I was to mad by this time, I get up to walk only to get my first hello and Ill be ready in a minute. I kept walking and wont be back.

Great place to go if you want an extra hour delay getting your haircut after checking in for a 10 minute wait Incompetency at best.

I had been getting my haircut at this location since 2006, every 2 weeks, primarily by Josie and then only Josie when Stephanie left. Now, let me preface this with Josie is GREAT. And this rating is in no way toward her. She is 10 stars. She even cut my sons hair. But, I have had it with the scheduling app they switched to a few years back. You can only set an appointment the day of. There have been numerous times I try to get a haircut only to find out Josie has taken the day off. No fault of hers, she deserves to use her time off. But, if I could make an appointment in advance like we used to be able to do, I would know what days Josie would be available. Also, the app doesnt start working at Supercuts opening time so you have to get in a phone battle to try and book an appointment. I feel that the app Supercuts has switched to takes away the customers choice of stylist and makes a personal service very impersonal for the sake of just putting butts in the chairs to maximize profit. Dont get me wrong Im all for a company making money but, it is now too difficult to book with the stylist of my choice. So long Supercuts. Josie, we will miss you.

Worst place for a child's haircut the stylist was an older male who clearly does not know how to cut hair. I was charged $22 plus tip for this so called hair cut for my son. First and last time at this place for sure. Never again and please I hope you don't go here and if you do good luck hope you have a better experience than the one we had. Service: Haircut

U did my dude Jake dirty, and he said he might sue you also he said his barber smelled like expired fish, but Jake was into the smell and has a crush on him next time Jake is there he is gonna make a move.
