        Take the time to clean the greenery you send with your flower order please... Also when a client sends an email and leaves a voicemail please return that inquiry. The roses were in full bloom versus buds (last longer). Also they were out of helium so no ballons with the order but no refund, discount or anything else done about that. If the order hadn't been almost 150.00 I would not have taken the time to write about it. Very disappointed after reading great reviews about your service, etc... This was an off season order but somehow was still not delivered until 300 pm. Cannot imagine ever ordering from them again.
