My Obsession Floral

I'm a repeat customer for getting flowers delivered to family who live in the area. Online ordering is easy and delivery has been reliable. I've continued to receive positive feedback from family about how beautiful the flower arrangements are.

We received a delivery at our location from My Obsession Floral today. The driver parked in a place they were not allowed and security asked them to move their vehicle. The driver became enraged and cussed our security up one side and down the other. She left and did not deliver the flowers.About an hour later another driver was escorted up to our suite to deliver the flowers and the packaging was dripping wet as though the flowers had been mishandled. There was only an inch of water or less left in the vase.When I called My Obsession Floral to let them know what had transpired and the way their company was being represented; Alex, the manager, didn't seem to care. She continued to interrupt me and tell me they use third party drivers and that she had no control over it. I asked to speak with the owner as I would think they would like to know how their investment was being represented. Alex would not give me that information and continually told me that they had no control.I'm not sure who they use to deliver their products, but BEWARE! They have no control as to what kind of imbalanced, enraged person may come to your or your loved ones home. It would be nice to know the owner knew about this.
