I absolutely love living here, so much so that I am transferring within the building to a unit on the non-highway side. Jackie has always been super helpful and accommodating, even if I am coming downstairs to ask her a million questions and she plans the best resident events. You can really tell that she cares about getting to know the residents and she always has a smile on her face, she is the main reason I decided to stay at the complex another 15 months. Cesar is also the best maintenance guy in the whole wide world and is very prompt in addressing maintenance requests. He takes what has been a very stressful situation at other complexes I've lived in and makes it easy and pretty stress free and always makes sure your concerns are taken care of. Britney also has been a great property manager and is doing everything to make this property even better! The elevators will go down occasionally, but they always do their best to make sure they are fixed within 24 hours, but there are two elevators on the property and one is typically always working. I would say the biggest con is the poles in the parking garage, but that's just because I have poor depth perception and may or may not have hit one Some cars have been broken into, but name a complex in Uptown Dallas where that hasn't happened at, as long as you don't leave valuables in your car, you should be good! Overall super excited for all of the changes they are going to make to the amenities throughout the complex and I am super excited to spend another 15+ months here.
