HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Aggressive, obnoxious, wouldnt listen or let me talk or explain. Cant understand them. I had some fraudulent activity on my account and the first lady I talk to today wouldnt let me talk. I ended you screaming and hanging up on her and calling back and finally got someone that spoke CLEAR english, but even then this lady Ms. Ellis(??) continuously cut me off and wouldnt let get a full sentence or question out before cutting me off. WEIRD PEOPLE! I have never dealt with people like the ones that work for this company. Whole new (negative) experience. WOW! Giving them a 1 star is a huge compliment. They deserve a ZERO!

Ms. Martinez was professional and made the transaction easy. No one likes debt collection agencies but Ill give credit where credit is due (no pun intended) when someone makes a negative into a positive.

If I could give this place zero stars, I simply would. When they first contacted me, I wasnt sure what was going on. I tried to ask questions and was being yelled at and called stupid. When I tried to explain the situation they would NOT listen to me at all. Fast forward I go to the apartments that sent me there and we work out our problem that was due to miscommunication. At this point I had been ignoring PCI calls because I was working it out with the apartments. The apartments told me to answer when they called me the next time so I did. Once again when I told PCI i was working with the apartments I was being cussed out and they would not listen to what I was saying. Not to mention how they harassed me and would not stop calling me. At one point I had received 15 calls from them in one day.

One star is far too high for them!!!! This organization is devoid of professionalism and integrity. They are attempting to collect a debt that was resolved with the apartment (as a cosigner) two or three years ago. I suddenly see them appear on my credit record for collection without any prior notification, either by phone or letter. They are the most blatant liars, claiming to have sent many multiple letters that I never got. They said its just my word against theirs. In truth, it is USPS Informed Delivery emails vs. their word. Every piece of mail received is documented at the postal service. I can prove they never sent a single letter, but they won't be able to prove they did unless it's registered and signed by me. Someone should file a lawsuit so they learn how act with professionalism and stop lying.

I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS AGENCY A STAR PERIOD!! I have a broken lease with them for $999 which they've had since 2016. Without explaining too many details, I tried calling to get info about payment plans OR if this can be removed from my credit report but was told, "Since your account has been with us for so long, we cannot set up a payment plan," which is understandable, "but if you can pay the FULL amount within 4 days, we can POSSIBLY get it removed." PLUS, the woman on the phone was rude as hell. Instead of trying to help someone, WHO IS TRYING TO PAY!! she was rude and sounded annoyed with me. (I was very polite!) I hope they read this review and I wish I would have gotten the woman's name who I spoke with. I'll try to call once more but if I get the same response, I won't be paying anything off. SMH. After reading many reviews....I had to edit my review. WILL NOT BE GIVING THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. I understand the frustration with trying to collect money owed from many people's mistakes but come on! You will never get payments if you continue to treat people this way!!!
