I absolutely love rusty by design. This is by far my favorite auction house. Picking ups are organized and most of the time my items are pulled together before I arrive. Autumn is always helpful and friendly.

Rusty By Design helped with an estate sale for my parents. They had many unique (western) items. They did a great job of coordinating, taking pictures, and handling the sale afterward. The assistance and care from all their team was good. Highly recommend them for your sale.

Rusty by Design is one of the best auctioners I interact with. They have a meticulous plan with scheduling the appointment for pick up which helps the COVID 19 criteria and ofcourse it makes the pick up process very smooth. I shout out for Ms. Autumn, who is always very calm, collective and helpful.

I love Autumn and she is sincere, helpful and loves her work even though she is overworked. I can usually find some great items for decent prices in the auctions. I have been with them for quite a few years. Only it was one time I refused to do business with them because they had an auction where I bought a lot of tools and equipment at a great price. I drove pulling a trailer a long distance to pick up the items only to find out they would not let us get the items we had won. They said the seller would not unlock the door. In my opinion Rustybydesign management acted very shameful because by law an auction is a contract of sale. But Rustybydesign management would not stand up for its clients and allow them to get their purchases which was pitiful and very weak. I vowed to never do business with them again. But I came back and started bidding again slowly after some time. They have raised their fees and it seems the price on all of the items has increased also. Its hard to trust them and I could even suspect that they are running the price up because sometimes I will see an identical item in a sale later on which is an item they were probably running the price up on and accidentally bought it. Thats a lot said but they have already proven they are not in it for the buyer but in it for high commissions. Its sad but I use the service because Im disabled on a small budget and I need to buy things as cheap as I can. I wish Autumn owned the business because she is always there for the bidders and she would have gone by the legal contract of sale and we bidders would have been able to get what we won at the mechanic going out of business sale.
