Cool stuff, but horrible ethics and customer service. I bought a ring and when it arrived it had a crack in the glass (not visible in photos or mentioned in description). They would not authorize a return even when I filed a dispute through my credit card. They also blocked my account (not that I would want to buy more items). My sister also bought items with defects that were not disclosed...

Update as of 6/11/2019: They are extending their pickup hours to include Saturdays and staying open until 5:30 during the week. Way to go EBTH!!! Changing review to five stars for such great customer service.

Everything I purchased has been as described and have no problem with the site or the purchasing process. My issue is with the hours that you can pick up items that you have won - 12:30 - 4:00 on weekdays only. There should be something outside of normal business hours so that someone who works normal business hours can make it.

Boo EBTH. I have purchased several things from you-has gone mostly well. But, when a problem arose, your response was lack luster and your lack of willingness to assist is sad. You call it won, I paid $1200 and am waiting weeks for the item with no tracking number. Boo EBTH
6/24 Update, they called me today. The review response was that they provided a tracking number, which DID NOT WORK but they called and spent 20 miuntes on the phone defending their poor customer service and justifying they it was not thier fault. I called, emailed and opened tickets for three weeks and only after a bad review did they respond.
You've lost me for good. I will am closing my account and telling everyone that will listen about you. The real real is 100 times better, across the board..
You reached back out to explain why you gave the wrong tracking information and to blame the customer for not calling some random number. Try Therealreal-they can show you how
