Special thanks to Ruby for being so patient and efficient! She had an answer for every single one of my questions and helped me through the entire process. Ten stars.

Ron and Debra, lord help me. Yalls rude and extremly unprofessional, you aint collecting anything from me. The hopes for Recovery is Over. I stayed my Lease with Summerwood Apt in Irving, TX. I dont know what kinda scam yall have going on, but its ungodly. I ask for receipts, I ask for documents stating when I broke the lease. And Debra and Ron wanna get nasty, hang up on me. Etc. WOW. Listen when the lease was up I moved in to an apartment in Fort Worth, TX. I got in to the apt. By giving my last apt information. I stayed my Entire Lease. Debra is a total bad apple for the company, if the leadership talks to clients that way, you can't blame just Ron. I cant see them collecting anything.

Client: Very poor company. Had not been able to talk to a live person there except the receptionist for months. Left voicemails, and sent several emails that were never responded to. Portal stopped working, they said they had a new system, and some computer issues. They were never able to get me a new login & would not return any communications so I had no idea what was going on. Finally today, I got a hold of the new director of operations. He said they made a corporate decision not to handle SFRs any more. I have to move my open accounts to another company. However, I would avoid this company for even multi family after my terrible experience with them. They were never able to collect a dime from the account they did have. DO NOT USE them and save yourself the headache!!!!
