I had David that was over my account. Very Professional. I know a lot of people are going through hard times, and David has great people skills and brought me multiple options to get rid of my debt, Instead of yelling and trying to bully me like most debt collectors. I spoke with Mr. Sean that was very insightful and was able to break down legal jargon into laymen terms for me to understand, and help me with another 2nd account I had with them. I appreciate the staff and their professionalism and thats is rare for anyone to say about debt collectors lol.

They have not collected a dime from a single file in over a year and refuse to release the files to another company.

Worst collections company ever. Incredibly dishonest and rude staff. Have collected zero dollars out of the many files we gave them. Go elsewhere for your collection needs. RESPONSE UPDATE: Ive already spoken with your rude owner. A year later youve still not collected a dime from a single customer and billed us for money you had no part in collecting. I reiterate that this company is dishonest.
