Texans Credit Union

For years i have had issue after issue with the credit union with their lack of opportunities for minority bankers. However the changes the organization has implemented to address these issues have changed my inital perspective. The staff at this branch is phenomenal. I had an issue that i was not happy about. The branch manager personally called me and explained the process and help me resolved my issue. I appreciate the changes the bank has made over the years. From loan opportunities to being more supportive of their members.

Been a member for quite a few years now, service has always been courteous and professional. Eric V. was a pleasure to work with at the Dallas branch and handled my request with respect and efficiency!

Please, for the love of all that is holy, choose a different bank. We had a payment plan set up and their system debited our account for the full amount without notifying us and they said they said they cant do anything about because the transfer already went through. We had to shut down our cards while traveling and spend a weekend five hours away from home with only cash because they got hit by fraud charged across multiple accounts (but didnt tell anybody) and we had to close our cards to prevent more money being stolen from us. The app doesnt work, customer service rarely actually helps, just says to do it online or the app or visit a branch, and ive been hung up on at least twice on the phone without so much as a goodbye. It started out great, but weve only had problems with Texans Credit Union since we opened up our accounts. Choose somewhere else, dont trust this place with your money.
