CARLOS IS AMAZINGI went there after spending almost an hour at Sephora trying to match my color with someone..Just by looking he knew my exact shade..tried it on..PERFECT MATCH..plus he was so kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. At one time, this was a great store. The last two times I was there, the people who work there were rude, unprofessional, and combative. Today, they told me they did not have my product. I was told they had new product in the back, but I couldn't buy it until tomorrow. There are innumerable stores suffering during this pandemic that want my business. I will not waste my time or energy shopping at this location again. I am so disappointed in bareMinerals.
