        I went shopping this evening in the shoe department at North Park in Dallas. I asked for help from an employee to try on a pair of shoes. I found one shoe and wanted the other to they them both on. He told me to go find it myself. He walked off.How Rude!!! Another employee named Samir helped me to locate the shoe and make my purchase. Samir was helping numerous ladies find shoes and checking them out while the other employee walked and did nothing to help. I didn't get his name but I did take his picture. Shame on you!

        I'm from D.C. and we don't have Dillard's. I was pleasantly surprised at the store on my first visit today. The store carried many brands I wear and there were sales. The store was clean, and staff were smiling. I will visit again.
