I absolutely love Kiehl’s however, I’m giving the highland village location one star because it was closed at 6 and not 7pm. Google and your website shows highland village location closes at 7pm, so, I was at the store at 6:07pm and it was closed. Ladies working in there looked at me and turned away. I drove 20 mins to come up an online order and this was disappointing.

This is my go-to spot for skin care products. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Products are good quality. Be sure to join the rewards program and bring in your old containers to recycle and get free stuff! Be aware that parking in the highlands on weekends is terrible, so you may not find a spot.
