They are unprofessional and the supervisors as well as the people in STC (smart team commucniator) love to micromanage a LOT especially this guy name Larry Fleming and Brian Donaho, Burmadean Osbourne is not very observant. they also hold your pay when you are terminated and whenever you contact corporate you cannot speak to anyone. and you will get a permanent break for taking too many breaks. Lastly, when they cut you or terminate you they will pay you by check instead of direct deposit and it will be a miracle if your check arrives in the mail on pay day.

I have never applied to such an unprofessional and disorganized company. The recruiter Cristobal Lay has been the most unorganized and uncaring recruiter I have ever dealt with. My start date had been moved 3 time because he can’t find the paperwork I filled out. As if a job is not what we use to pay bills. This already gives me a bad feeling about the company and how they would treat their employees. I wouldn’t want to work for a company that cares so little about people and their time.

I was employed with VES Telvista from March-August I decided not to return back to work after supervisor Larry told me “where would you be without this job” I was making $13.50 hr living paycheck to paycheck,I stopped taking this job seriously after multiple supervisors were rude , I first started working with sirusxm but due to my accent Sean transferred me to VES , never had a job where my accent was an issue & if it was then why did I get hired ? I got a write up because i messaged the supervisor I was going to be absent (with a doctors note) but because I didn’t call the sick line I was given a write up ,I told them then there’s no point on showing proof of I’m going to get a write up & they said “ I can’t believe you just said that if you don’t like this job let us know” I recently received an email for my “exit interview” where it was providing me their HR number that doesn’t work , I don’t recommend anyone I know to work here
