I hired Rootabater 2 years ago to install root barrier at the recommendation of a structural engineer to resolve foundation movement in my home.
I had one particular door that stopped opening completely. After the job was completed and about 2-4 weeks later, that door began to open again and I saw several drywall cracks close up and other doors function properly.
I was shocked and amazed how well this worked.
Wally's crew hand dug all the trenches to avoid breaking pipes and irrigation lines and repaired anything that was accidentally broken.

Foundation issues were bothering us, and two foundation repair companies had told us we needed lots of work done. We then consulted an independent structural engineer who told us that installing piers would stress the center of the house even more, and that the problem was big trees growing too close to the house that were sucking all the water away. He recommended having a root barrier installed so we searched reviews and decided on Rootabater. So glad! Wally the owner is the sweetest gentleman ever and he personally assesses the situation and does the estimate. The work was done quickly, cost SO much less than foundation repair, and our yard looked just fine afterward.
