Purchased a Chanel Classic Flap Handbag ($3000+) from this store that was advertised with the original box included. The sales person (Abby) couldnt find the box when I was in the store but told me that she would call the Chicago office & have it sent the following week. Its been months & now Im being told that the box is no longer available. Lied to sell an expensive handbag. Very unprofessional!

This is the worst place to consign with. I listed a Carolina herrera dress with them and after 2 months, I asked for it back because I was disappointed at how low my other items sold for, plus the commission was outrageous. All they did was to send promotional emails and never addressed my concerns. My dress isn't listed anymore but no one will tell me where it is. Never again. This company is a fraud.
