I would not trust these people with an estate sale. When you go to a sale on the last day and the house is still packed because items are way overpriced, and the woman running the sale doesnt want you to buy anything, trying to run people out.
$300 for a broken lamp..is this a joke? I asked what would happen with all the items that did not sell because I was surprised by how much was left. She said she would put them in her resale shop. She was so extremely rude about it too. Something definitely did not seem right to me.
Then I went to check out and all of a sudden shes doubling the price on everything. It was crazy!
While standing in line I noticed they hid all the jewelry behind the cashier under a bunch of bags. I absolutely couldnt believe that. I asked if it was for sale and she looked at me strange and said yes but its 14k so its only 25% off.
Um so you dont want me to look at it?
Jewelry is usually showcased for buyers, not hidden. Why would they hide it? Just got super shady vibes, and then reading the reviews about them stealing from homeowners, I am not surprised at all. Yikes.

10% French 90% American food . Waiter is so rude (that is very French kind of service lol). Food is okay but not very French. Price is decent.

Have purchased several items. They have beautiful furniture and the staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. Just purchased a bed which they have held for me while on vacation.

Do not use this company.
I could write a novel about my horrible experience with them.
I had an estate sale in August when my mom passed away.
I did get a small check fairly soon after the sale, but quickly noticed she didnt pay me for the tv her employee took off the wall. Oops! Her mistake she said.
(I wouldnt have known about the tv, but I saw the employee load it in her car)
I repeatedly asked for an inventory list of the items Charm wanted to consign in her store that didnt sell at the house. Never got one. I had to go into the store to get one. Only three items on the list and I know for a fact that more were sold because her own employee told me. I still have not been paid as of April. Charm is a thief. She took advantage of my time of grief and literally stole my deceased mothers things from me and my sisters.
Also, I sold a piano in the store. I had to go in the store to find out where ny check was and discovered it had been lost
In the mail.I had to get a notarized form that I didnt receive the check. They held my money for months. If I had not gone in, I would never have received it. Charms house must be overflowing with the nice things she steals from clients.
