My building has been within internet for 3 months. I've followed up daily and no change.

This is an amazing company for apartment complexes. They provide great fiber optic wifi at a fair price. They have infrastructure already setup at their offered apartment complexes so all you have to do is create an account online and you instantly have your internet setup. When I first was getting setup my complex's fiber cables were damaged by stray cats for nearly a week, but Aerwave gave me an entire month of free wifi as compensation. Their customer support team is great and remembers their customers. I worked with Jeff during that time my internet was out and provided great customer service. The only downside to this company is they're very small and only offer service at very few apartment complexes right now. I wish they offered service at the complex I am currently moving to because their service dominates Spectrum or AT&T.
