Buchanan Technologies was enlisted to assist us with the performance tuning and overall health check of a core application and underlying database environment. This application had been experiencing numerous issues, resulting in productivity loss and customer service issues. Buchanan was very flexible in their approach and not only hit the mark in all the areas of optimization, tunning and resiliency, but they went above and beyond by uncovering and efficiently addressing needs that were not obvious. I am 100% satisfied with the work performed as well as the professionalism of the resources on the project. I would highly recommend Buchanan to anyone looking for expert technical assistance.

Have worked with BT for 1.5 years now for our Tier1 Service Desk needs. They have provided excellent attention to the account. Their customer service is consistently a 4.9-5 out of 5 rating with an incredible consistent response monthly average response rate of just under 50%. They have been very attentive to continuous improvement, meeting all of their SLAs, and happily partner through any identified issues, which are few and far between. I've worked with a lot of MSPs in my career and BT are the best by far! Highly recommended!
